Scientists from the Institute of Vine-growing in Tekirdag, Turkey, visited the Pleven IVV.

On 28-29 August 2024, scientists from the Institute of Vine-growing in Tekirdağ, Turkey, visited the Pleven IVV. The visit was organized at the invitation of the management of the IVV in connection with the holding of an Open Day dedicated to the Rubin wine variety. Turkish scientists got acquainted with the research and production activities of the IVV, visited the laboratory complex and the experimental vine plantations of the institute. During the meeting of the academic staff of the IVV with the guests, current problems of viticulture and winemaking in both countries were discussed, as well as opportunities for cooperation and future joint research work were discussed.
