For the first time in Bulgaria, Italian-made ice cream with various wines produced in the Pleven IVV

For the first time in Bulgaria, Italian-technology ice cream with various wines produced at the Pleven Institute of Vine and Wine. Ice-creams are produced by GELARTO EOOD, a manufacturer of Italian ice-creams under the brand GELATO MAGNIFICO – Lovech. The wines come from varieties of ILV – Pleven dew and Rubin, as well as the local ones – Vrachanski Misket and Gamza. They will soon be able to try at the 2024 Time for Wine Festival in Pleven: Festival of wine and farm delicacies! And you can try Rubin ice cream on our open day of 29. 08. 2024

An interesting fact is that ice creams do not contain milk and have an alcoholic strength of about 4%.
